What is Network Marketing(Make Online Money)

 

What is network marketing and how does

it work now some of you if you're

checking this video out maybe you're

interested in network marketing or

getting involved in a company like this

and maybe you're not quite sure of all

the ins and outs or maybe somebody's

been telling you maybe this kind of

business is a scam or something like

that so in this video I'm going to kind

of pull back the curtain a little bit

I've actually worked with one of these

companies before and I can kind of give

you some inside information on how these

companies work and how they operate and

show you how to make sure they're not a

scam so I'll be covering all that in

this particular video so if you're

interested in what is network marketing

how it works specifically I'm going to

show you that so but first I first want

to just give you a little bit of

background on me my very first side

business was actually working in a

network marketing company called World

Financial Group which I started all the

way back in 2004 and I learned a lot of

great stuff from this company this

company particularly so life insurance

products and investments so we did a lot

of with those I had to get licenses and

actually do those kinds of things and

ended up going to people's houses

sitting at their kitchen tables and and

educating them on financial stuff

everything from the rule of 72 to how to

set up a debt snowball plan all these

things I learned and I got to teach to

other people and also incorporate into

my own finances which was a great

learning experience and I actually

walked out of that company learning two

great things one how to manage my own

money and number two also how to run a

business and something I really didn't

know a lot about at the time which is a

really great education for me and that's

one of the benefits working with a

network marketing company so but in this

video I'm going to show you just

basically how this process works and how

it works just kind of on the outside can

you kind of giving you that 30,000 foot

overview of how to how these businesses

work so let's dive into this

so when you start with a network

marketing company and I'm just giving

you the example what it was like when I

worked in rural Financial Group I

started out and the arrows pointing to

me actually is I was at a 25% Commission

so basically every time I generated a

commission I got 25% of the sales so if

it was $100 for the sale

I made $25 now that doesn't sound like a

lot but when you're brand new in a

company like this you're not gonna get

100% of the Commission and just knowing

that helps you understand that you know

you're not gonna make all the money

upfront

I want to prepare you for this because

you don't make all the money upfront

you've got it and these kind of

companies you've got to prove yourself

now once you've proved yourself and

you've moved up to the chain of command

a little bit then you get to do the next

level which is the 35% typically now I

just want to mention here that the

commission structures for all these

companies they always vary this just

happened to be what it was for World

Financial Group at the time for me and

what I earned as in working in the

company so I if you moved up one level

this was what was known as a senior

associate you went from an associate

starting out to a senior associate as

35% Commission so the way this works is

let's say I made a sale at 25% right and

the the person above me on the next

level is why they call it network

marketing and multi-level marketing is

that the person on the next level

would get a 10% commission because the

between 35 and 25 is a 10% what they

call spread and that next person above

me would actually earn a 10% commission

and all the sales that I made and then

finally let's say a there was a

marketing director that's what they

called him a mop in my company a world

financial group they called him a

marketing director and that person

earned a 60 percent commission on every

sale that they they made but again they

would get a spread on the sale so let's

say they had a 35% Commission that

person would get a twenty five

commissioned as well I might be saying

well why does that person get a 25%

Commission he's getting just the same

amount as me the brand new associate

coming in the company and the answer to

this is well the network the the

marketing director was also the person

managing the office managing all the

other associates senior associates and

all the people below him he was paying

for all the cost in the office all these

types of things so he had more overhead

as well as plus training and managing

all the other people so it was eyes that

this guy did get a better commission as

a result of that so when you were in a

company like this this is the position

you really want to get in you want to be

that person who is a marketing director

who has a team below you who is making a

sales and commissions and earn as a

result you will earn a passive income by

running a business like this now I don't

want to make this sound like it's a

really easy business to run because it

isn't finding a team of people to help

you out and do these things does take a

little bit of work so but it can be done

and I just wanted to point this out so

if you're looking to get into a business

like list this is a great business to

get it now one tip I do want to give a

lot of people don't understand this and

how do I know if a company like this is

a scam or not well the very simplest way

to know is is does this company sell a

product and when I worked in World

Financial Group I sold products all the

time I sold life insurance and I sold

investments these were investments from

companies like Transamerica Prudential

these types of companies there are

actual real physical companies if this

company that you're trying to get into

doesn't sell an actual product then it's

100% a scam they have to be selling a

product and if they're not selling a

product it's more than likely a scam so

if you can't identify the product again

if you can't identify that product it's

definitely a scam so if you're
